This document discusses the announcement of the 2nd Distribution Stammkarte (DSK). With this they could obstruct people in hiding. They could not collect food coupons without a Stammkarte. You only received the 2nd DSK after showing the identity card. Very nice document for with the identity card collection!

In dit document behandelen ze de bekendmaking van de 2de Distributiestamkaart (DSK). Hiermee konden ze de onderduikers dwarsbomen. Hun konden zonder stamkaart geen voedselbonnen ophalen. Je kreeg de 2de DSK alleen na vertoning van het persoonsbewijs. Erg leuk document voor bij de persoonsbewijzen collectie!
