Dutch 1st Lieutenant gala uniform set pre 1940
The set is exceptionally complete, with only the boots missing. Everything else is present. The set belonged to Jan Govert Eggink, born on 14-5-1911 in Delft and studied in Leiden. The set is in very good condition, with some signs of wear but no moth holes or anything similar. In the photograph included with the set, he is wearing exactly the same items, only with an additional star. He was initially a 2nd Lieutenant and was later promoted to 1st Lieutenant. Everything was found together. Unfortunately, nothing is named, although the items do match the photograph. The set can be placed straight onto a mannequin and would be a great addition to any collection!

De set is een bijzonder complete conditie, alleen de laarzen missen. Voor de rest is alles aanwezig, de set behoorde toe aan Jan Govert Eggink. Geboren op 14-5-1911 te Delft en studeerde in Leiden. De set verkeerd in een zeer goede staat, er is gebruikersschade maar geen mod gaatjes of iets dergelijks. De foto die erbij zit van hem heeft hij precies hetzelfde aan als deze spullen, alleen is er een ster bijgeplaatst. Hij was eerst nog 2de luitenant en is gepromoveerd tot 1e luitenant. Alles is samen gevonden, helaas is er niets genaamd de items komen wel overeen met de foto. De set kan zo op de pop en zou een gave toevoeging zijn aan iedere collectie!
