Het document is nog in een zeer goede staat. Het is een oningevuld document van het Strijd-fonds. Dit documentje werd gebruikt om leden te bedanken voor de opbrengst van het zogenaamde 'verjaardagsbusje', deze werd rond de verjaardag van een lid geplaatst om geld op te halen voor de partijkas.
