Dutch set of military documents belonging to Jan Daniël Fritz, 1919–1923
The documents are still in good condition. Everything belongs to the Amsterdam conscript Jan Daniël Fritz, who lived at Stadhouderskade 137. The set contains the official call-up cards and the large letter for his enlistment in the National Militia (1920 class), requiring him to report to the Oranje-Nassau Barracks in Amsterdam. It also includes a completed information form concerning the so-called 'Landstorm-Broederdienst' for possible exemptions. In November 1922, he joined the Volunteer Landstorm Corps Motor Service (Northern Holland Section). Nice pre-war set!

De documenten zijn nog in een nette staat. Alles is van de Amsterdamse dienstplichtige Jan Daniël Fritz, wonend aan de Stadhouderskade 137. De set bevat de officiële oproepkaarten en de grote brief voor zijn inlijving bij de Nationale Militie (Lichting 1920), waarbij hij zich moest melden bij de Amsterdamse Oranje-Nassaukazerne. Daarnaast zit er een ingevuld informatieformulier bij over de zogeheten 'Landstorm-Broederdienst' voor eventuele vrijstellingen. In november 1922 nam hij dienst bij het Vrijwillig Landstormkorps Motordienst (Afdeeling Holland-Noord). Leuke vooroorlogse set!
